Tailor Made Nutrition was developed to address the growing demand for healthy, gluten free and allergen free foods. At Tailor Made Nutrition we have raised the bar for selection and service. Many experts agree, if you suffer from chronic health problems, to consider a gluten free diet.

Our goal is to make grocery shopping easier and to save you valuable time. Our well-trained staff have many years of experience cooking, shopping, and living gluten free. We also offer a selection of multi-sensory items for those with special needs.

The concept of this unique store/clinic is intended to offer individuals with food allergies and sensitivities an extensive selection of gluten free and hypoallergenic products. Located at the entrance, look for our allergen free (top-8 free) product section.

All food, shelf-stable and frozen, is gluten free, and much is casein free as well.

Unsure about which foods to exclude to help improve your health? Schedule an appointment with our in-store Nutritionist, Mark Norman, or our staff Naturopathic Doctor, Paul Ratte. Dr. Ratte sees potential clients for a free 15-minute consultation just to confirm that the relationship is a good fit - he genuinely cares about his clients’ recovery and well-being and helps to develop a plan of action to address whatever issues may be present.
