The board of commissioners approved the contract on May 1.

Washington County Makes Revisions to Right-of-Way Ordinance

No residents spoke up at a recent public hearing about the Washington County right-of-way ordinance.

The county is making changes to the current ordinance to comply with water quality laws. The county has to adopt a mechanism that will prevent pollutants from flowing into the county storm water systems.
